Growth Property Group (GPG) is there for our investor groups every step of the process. Our internal procurement team is constantly sourcing and reviewing opportunities that are brought to light. these findings are then prepared for an internal review packet that is presented to the internal review and investment board. If the subject opportunity is approved, it is compressed into a investor involvement source packet. These packets are rotated through our rounds and tier investor class for potential involvement. Each investor in the round has the opportunity to review and explore the investment opportunity. GPG external team is available to each investor to not only answer questions, but to procure any information that might be requested to reach an investor decision.
Each Investor is then able to select which opportunities they want to participate in, and at what level they want to be involved in the opportunity. This allows for each of our partners to have the ability to diversify their investment footprint and product market mix. They are able to mix their portfolio with any land development deal, revenue producing long term housing, commercial area development, and many other investment types, thus limiting and diversifying their exposure.
